What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 200 pieces per style. For stock styles you can also split the quantity across colors and sizes, which keeps first orders flexible.

How fast can I receive a sample?

Samples are ready in 1–3 days. We send them by express (DHL / FedEx), so buyers in the Middle East usually receive them within 3–5 days.

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production takes 7–14 days for several thousand pieces, and about one month for 10,000+ pieces, after your sample is approved.

How do you ship to the Middle East?

Sea freight (LCL/FCL) to Jebel Ali, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha, Kuwait and Muscat takes about 25–40 days; air freight 3–10 days; express (DHL / FedEx / Aramex) 3–5 days for samples or urgent orders. We handle export documents and can quote FOB / CIF / DDP.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment — the standard and safest way for Middle East buyers. We also accept PayPal and Western Union for samples and small first orders.

Can you produce our own brand / private label?

Yes, full OEM / ODM is our specialty: your own label, logo, hang tags, wash-care labels, poly bags and carton markings — everything customized to your brand.

Can I visit your factory or see a video tour?

Yes — buyers are welcome to visit our factory in Jiaxing, China. Can’t travel this time? We can send a video tour of our workshop, knitting machines and packing line.

Can I customize colors, yarn or design?

Absolutely. Send us a photo, sketch or sample — we re-engineer it into production with your yarn, colors, sizes and details. MOQ is flexible for custom programs.
